Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 5.28.25

1. Agreement Overview

By scheduling or accepting services from AE Enterprises, LLC ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the provision of plumbing, medical gas and water filtration services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.


2. Scope of Services

The Company agrees to perform plumbing, medical gas and/or water filtration services as specified in the work order or estimate provided. Any changes or additions to the scope must be agreed upon in writing or digitally.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates: Estimates provided are valid for [30] days unless otherwise stated. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.
     
  • Pricing: All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges as required by law.
     
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing or digitally before the commencement of work. Payment may be required in full upfront, upon completion, or according to an installment schedule as specified in a separate agreement. Late payments may be subject to late fees or interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and relevant areas for inspection, installation, maintenance, or service.
     
  • Accuracy of Information: The Client represents that all information provided to the Company is accurate, current, and complete. The Client agrees to promptly notify the Company of any changes to contact information, address, or other details that may affect the provision of services.
     

5. Payment and Fees

  • Payment Methods: Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer. A [2.9% and 30 cents] convenience fee may apply to credit card payments.
     
  • Late Payments: Any unpaid balance after [30] days will incur interest at a rate of [1.3%] per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
     
  • Returned Checks: A service charge of [$35.00] will be assessed for each returned check.
     

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • Labor Warranty: The Company warrants all labor performed for a period of [12] months. This warranty is void if any work is repaired, altered, or overhauled without prior consent.
     
  • Parts Warranty: Warranty on parts is provided as per the manufacturer's terms. The Company will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not responsible for the manufacturer's decision to honor the warranty.
     
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If the Client is not satisfied with the service, the Company will address the issue to the Client's satisfaction or refund the service call fee.
     

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: The Client may cancel or reschedule services with [24] hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of [$50.00].
     
  • Company's Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
     

8. Liability and Indemnification

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
     
  • Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Client's misuse or modification of the services provided.
     

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [New Jersey], without regard to its conflict of law principles.


11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Camden County, New Jersey], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Company's website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Refund and Return Policy

1. General Policy

At AE Enterprises, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality plumbing, medical gas and water filtration products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products:
     
    • Must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.
       
    • Must be returned within [30] days of purchase.
       
    • Must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
       
  • Services:
     
    • Must be canceled at least [24] hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a refund.
       

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Installed products or services.
     
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
     
  • Opened or used water filtration cartridges and filters.
     
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
     

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within [30] days of purchase.
     
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the product or service, and the reason for the return.
     
  3. If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
     

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Products: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
     
  • Services: If canceled in accordance with our policy, a full refund will be processed within [7-10] business days.
     

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Provide a description of the defect or damage, along with photographs if possible.
     
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
     

7. Warranty Claims

For products under manufacturer warranty:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
     
  • We can assist in facilitating the warranty claim process but are not responsible for the manufacturer's decision to honor the warranty.
     

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
